On March 18, 2009, AMN Healthcare Services, Inc. (the "Company") announced that
David Dreyer, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer
and Treasurer, will be leaving the Company to pursue other professional
opportunities. It is anticipated that Mr. Dreyer will continue to serve in his
current role through September 30, 2009, while the Company engages in a search
for a successor.
