On March 11, 2009, the Retirement Plans committee of the Board of Directors of Standex International Corporation (the "Company") voted that effective as of April 15, 2009, the Company will temporarily suspend all employer contributions to the Company's Retirement Savings Plan.

On March 12, 2009 the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company voted to eliminate the annual incentive bonus payments for fiscal year 2009.
