The Board of Directors of S&T Bancorp, Inc. declared a $0.31 per share cash dividend at its regular meeting held March 16, 2009. The dividend is payable on April 24, 2009 to shareholders of record on March 31, 2009. This dividend represents a 5.8 percent annualized yield using the March 16, 2009 closing stock price of $21.31.
