Officers.
On March 16, 2009, Cardinal Financial Corporation appointed Alice P. Frazier,
43, as Executive Vice President - Office of the Chairman. Ms. Frazier
previously served as Senior Vice President - Area Executive of BB&T Corporation
from May 2007. Prior to joining BB&T, Ms. Frazier served in several capacities
for Middleburg Financial Corporation, including as Chief Financial Officer from
1993 to 2004 and as Chief Operating Officer from January 2004 to April 2007.
The Company will file terms of Ms. Frazier's employment contract when finalized.
