Vornado Realty Trust (the "Company") has filed a prospectus supplement, dated as of March 11, 2009, relating to common shares of the Company that the Company may issue to holders of the 256,049 class A units distributed by the Operating Partnership on March 12, 2009 upon tender of those units for redemption.
