On March 10, 2009, Lakes Entertainment, Inc. issued a press release announcing that the Company has eliminated the position of Senior Vice President of Operations, in an effort to streamline and reduce the Company's cost structure, thereby terminating the employment of Richard Charles, formerly Senior Vice President of Operations for the Company.
