On March 12, 2009, Pullmantur S.A., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., issued a press release entitled "Nuevo Destino Para el SS Oceanic de Pullmantur" (A New Destination for Pullmantur's SS Oceanic). A copy of the English translation of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
