On March 11, 2009, Xcel Energy Inc. will meet with investors and participate in a utility panel discussion at the Cleantech Leaders Conference in New York, New York hosted by Merrill Lynch.

Management plans to update investors on Xcel Energy Inc.'s business plans and to reiterate 2009 earnings guidance of $1.45 to $1.55 per share.
