Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

Citing family and personal reasons, Fábio de Sampaio Dória Filho, the Company's President, Europe and Asia Pacific, Pharmaceutical Systems Division, delivered his resignation on March 5, 2009. Mr. Dória joined the Company in October 2008 and assumed full operating duties and responsibilities for the Pharmaceutical Systems Europe and Asia Pacific region on January 1, 2009. The Company will immediately begin a search for his replacement.
