On March 6, 2009, Panhandle Oil and Gas Inc.'s board of directors appointed Robb P. Winfield as Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of the Company. Prior to joining Panhandle in February 2008 as Controller, Mr. Winfield was employed for three years as a supervisor in the Revenue Reporting Group at Chesapeake Energy Corporation and spent five years as an auditor with Ernst & Young LLP, with a concentration in the oil and gas industry.
