On March 4, 2009, Gencor announced the appointment of Al Mundy as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, effective immediately. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.20.

Mr. Mundy, earned his B.B.A. from the University of Cincinnati. He holds a CPA and comes to Gencor from Stanley Works where he served as CFO for Stanley National Hardware. He started his career with Ernst & Young before entering industry where he spent the bulk of his career with General Electric and Sun Chemical.
