StarTek, Inc. (the "Company") entered into a new agreement with an existing
regional telecommunications customer to provide call center services as part of
its' expansion into the Philippines. Under the agreement, the Company will
provide approximately 400 dedicated agents from its' Makati City facility. The
Company will also provide technology services, such as interactive voice
response ("IVR"), customized reporting, and computer telephony integration. The
contract has a term of five years, subject to certain termination provisions in
the agreement.
