On March 5, 2009, Finisar Corporation ("Finisar") issued a press release (the "Press Release") in which Finisar announced the financial results for its third fiscal quarter ended February 1, 2009. The announcement was reported on Form 8-K on March 5, 2009, and the full text of the Press Release was attached as an exhibit to that Form 8-K report. Finisar also conducted a conference call on March 5, 2009 to discuss these results and respond to questions from analysts.
