On March 3, 2009, Murray S. Simpson advised us that he has determined not to stand for re-election to the U.S. Concrete, Inc. Board of Directors, and will retire on the date of the Company's 2009 annual meeting of stockholders, which is currently expected to be Wednesday, May 6.
