On February 26, 2009, the Board of Directors amended sections 6 and 7 of the company's Organizational Regulations to reflect changes that had been made to the audit committee and compensation committee charters regarding the audit committee's review of enterprise risk management and the compensation committee's evaluation and review procedures.
