On March 2, 2009, ABM Industries Incorporated (the "Company") issued a press release announcing financial results related to the first quarter of fiscal year 2009. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1, which is incorporated into this item by reference. Item 8.01. Other Events.
On March 2, 2009, the Board of Directors of the Company declared a quarterly dividend of $0.13 per share, payable on May 4, 2009 to stockholders of record on April 9, 2009. A copy of the press release announcing the declaration of the dividend is attached as Exhibit 99.1, which is incorporated into this item by reference.
As disclosed in the press release attached as Exhibit 99.1, the Company will hold a live web cast on March 3, 2009 relating to the Company's financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2009.
