Shareholders to be held on March 18, 2009, as filed on Schedule 14A with the
Securities and Exchange Commission on February 3, 2009, Dennis P. Himan, Vice
President, Group, will retire from The Toro Company effective as of February
28, 2009, after more than 26 years of service.
