On February 26, 2009, Bare Escentuals, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the Company's financial results for the fiscal fourth quarter and fiscal full-year ended December 28, 2008. The Company is furnishing a copy of the press release hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
