On February 25, 2009, Martin Midstream Partners L.P. (the "Partnership") issued a press release announcing that it plans to publicly release its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2008, after the market closes on Wednesday, March 4, 2009 and to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for such year with the Securities Exchange Commission at the same time. In addition, the Partnership announced that an investors' conference call to review the fourth quarter and year end results will be held on Thursday, March 5, 2009, at 8:00 a.m. Central Time.
