On February 23, 2009, CA, Inc. announced that it has extended the expiration date of its previously announced cash tender offer to purchase any and all of the $352 million outstanding principal amount of its 4.750% Senior Notes due 2009. The tender offer, which was scheduled to expire at 5 p.m., New York City time, on February 23, 2009, has been extended to 5 p.m., New York City time, on Wednesday, February 25, 2009.
