Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
(b) On February 2, 2009 Mike Scheerer was terminated from his position as Sr. VP
of Marketing of Alpha Pro Tech, Inc. and has left the company.
His severance package totaled $225,004. It was made up of twelve months of
salary at an annual rate of $211,000 and annual car allowance of $14,004. The
package does not include any medical benefits or any additional 401k pension
plan contributions.
