On February 23, 2009, Qualstar Corporation issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.06 per share of common stock on February 20, 2009. The cash dividend will be paid on March 25, 2009 to shareholders of record as of March 12, 2009. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
