(b) Between February 20, 2009 and February 23, 2009, John C. Bumgarner, Jr., Harold D. Carter, Dr. Norman C. Francis and William R. Herrin, Jr., members of the board of directors of Energy Partners, Ltd. (the "Company"), resigned from their positions as directors.
