On February 19, 2009, Mylan Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation (the "Company" or "Mylan"), issued a press release reporting its financial results for the period ended December 31, 2008. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

(b) On February 19, 2009, Mylan announced that Edward J. Borkowski, its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will be departing from the Company. He will remain with the Company during a transition period, while Mylan seeks a successor to his position.
