Officers.
On February 19, 2009, David B. Rickard, Executive Vice President, Chief
Administrative Officer and Chief Financial Officer of CVS Caremark Corporation
("CVS Caremark") announced that he will retire by the end of 2009. Mr. Rickard,
age 62, will continue to fulfill his duties while CVS Caremark conducts a search
for his successor that is expected to include both internal and external
candidates.
