On February 11, 2009, Stoneridge, Inc. issued a press release announcing the
rescheduling of its earnings release for the fourth quarter and full-year
2008. The press release also reaffirmed its full-year earnings outlook for 2008
excluding any goodwill-related impairment charges. A copy of the press release
is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. This information shall not be deemed "filed"
