Home Federal Bancorp, Inc. ("Company") announced on February 13, 2009 that the Company's Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.055 per share on the Company's outstanding shares of common stock. The dividend will be payable on March 13, 2009 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 27, 2009.
