Item 5.02(d). Election of Director
On February 10, 2009, The Board of Directors of VF Corporation ("VF") elected
Juliana L. Chugg to serve as a director until the annual meeting of shareholders
in 2010. Ms. Chugg is Senior Vice President of General Mills, Inc. and President
of Pillsbury U.S.A. She has held a progression of leadership roles with General
Mills and Pillsbury since 1996.
