On February 11, 2009, Renaissance Learning, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation (the "Company"), issued a press release (the "Press Release") announcing the Company's declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $.07 per share of Company common stock to be paid March 9, 2009 to the Company's shareholders of record as of February 23, 2009.
