Officers
On February 6, 2009, the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Tegal Corporation
accepted the resignation of H. Duane Wadsworth as a member of the Board
effective as of February 15, 2009.
The Board has appointed current director Carl Muscari to fill the following
vacancies created by Mr. Wadsworth's resignation: (1) Lead Independent Director
of the Board, (2) member of the Audit Committee of the Board, and (3) Chair of
the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board.
