NN, Inc. issued a press release dated February 10, 2009 announcing that after a preliminary review of its fourth quarter financial results that it now expects revenues and earnings for the fourth quarter 2008 to be significantly lower than its prior guidance. The Company will report its fourth quarter 2008 and full year financial results for the period ended December 31, 2008 before the opening of the market on Tuesday, March 10, 2009.
