Officers.
On February 3, 2009, Charles E. Sullivan was appointed the Head of Global
Operations of ProLogis. Mr. Sullivan, 51, was managing director for ProLogis
with overall responsibility for the company's operations in North America from
October 2006 to February 2, 2009. He has been with the company since 1994 in
various capacities and previously served as ProLogis' senior vice president and
regional director of operations for the Southeast region from December 2001 to
September 2006.
Diane S. Paddison resigned from the offices of President and Chief Operating
Officer of ProLogis effective February 6, 2009.
