On Febuary 6, 2009, hi/fn, inc. was advised of the resignation of Russell S. Dietz, Vice President and Chief Technical Officer effective February 6, 2009. Mr. Dietz advised the Company that he was resigning for personal reasons. John Matze will become Vice President and Chief Technical Officer effective immediately. The engineering resources reporting to John Matze will now report to Dr. Jiebing Wang, Ph. D,Vice President of Engineering.
