On February 5, 2009, Sunair Services Corporation ("Sunair") issued a press
release in which in addressed certain issues raised in an Information Statement
on Schedule 14C and a Schedule 13D filing which Michael Brauser, Michael Herman,
Dru Schmitt and two other group members filed with the Securities and Exchange
Commission on February 2, 2009. A copy of the press release is attached as
Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
