On February 4, 2009, Southern Missouri Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company"), the parent corporation of Southern Missouri Bank and Trust Co., issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors, on January 20, 2009, declared a cash dividend of $.12 per share, payable on February 27, 2009, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 13, 2008. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein.
