On February 4, 2009, PPL Corporation ("PPL") issued a press release announcing its financial results for the year ended December 31, 2008, and other business matters. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
On February 4, 2009, at 9:00 a.m. (Eastern Standard Time), members of PPL's senior management will hold a teleconference and webcast with financial analysts to discuss PPL's financial results for the year ended December 31, 2008, and other business matters. A copy of the slides to be used during the webcast is attached as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.
