On January 28, 2009 SteelCloud, Inc. ("SteelCloud" or the "Company") issued a press release (the "Press Release") relating to its financial results for its 2008 fiscal year end, which ended October 31, 2008, and to announce a conference call relating to these financial results will be held on January 29, 2009. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and a copy of the transcript of the conference call is attached as Exhibit 99.2.
