APPOINTMENT OF CERTAIN OFFICERS; COMPENSATORY ARRANGEMENTS OF CERTAIN OFFICERS
On January 28, 2009, David L. White, Executive Vice President of Finance and
Chief Financial Officer of Sanmina-SCI Corporation (the "Company") notified the
Company that he will resign from his position with the Company. The effective
date of Mr. White's resignation has not been determined, but the Company expects
that he will continue in a transitional capacity for a period of time not
expected to exceed 30 days. Mr. White's determination to resign was not due to
any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's
operations, policies or practices.
