On February 2, 2009, LaCrosse Footwear, Inc. issued a press release entitled "LACROSSE FOOTWEAR REPORTS FOURTH QUARTER AND YEAR END RESULTS" regarding its consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended 2008.
