ANNUAL SHAREHOLDERS MEETING
The 2009 Annual Shareholders meeting will be held on May 28, 2009.
QUARTERLY DIVIDEND
On January 29, 2009, the Company announced that its Board of Directors declared a $0.02 per share quarterly cash dividend. The dividend will be paid on March 19, 2009, to shareholders of record on February 27, 2009.
