On January 28, 2009, Hibernia Homestead Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company"), the newly formed holding company for Hibernia Homestead Bank, a Louisiana chartered savings bank with its headquarters in New Orleans, Louisiana, issued a press release announcing completion of the mutual-to-stock conversion and of the Company's initial public offering of shares of its common stock. The closing of the transaction occurred on January 27, 2009.
