Results of Operations and Financial Condition, Financial Statements and Exhibits
On January 27, 2009, Yahoo! Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Yahoo!" or the "Company"), announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2008 and certain other information.
