Appointment of Certain Officers
Paul F. Blanchard, Jr. has been appointed by Panhandle Oil and Gas Inc.'s board of directors as Vice President, Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Previously, Mr. Blanchard had been employed by Range Resources Corporation as Vice President of the Mid-Continent Business Unit in Oklahoma City. ITEM 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosures
