(b) On January 15, 2009, Sheri A. Knight, Senior Vice President, Finance,
Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, resigned from Casual Male
Retail Group, Inc. (the "Company"). Ms. Knight has agreed, however, to continue
in her role with the Company in order to effectuate a smooth transition to a
successor who has not yet been identified. Ms. Knight's resignation was due to
personal reasons and not the result of any disagreement with the Company or any
of its officers or directors.
