Bar Harbor Bankshares issued a press release today announcing, that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 26.0 cents per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable to all shareholders of record as of the close of business February 17, 2009, and will be paid on March 13, 2009.
