OFFICERS
On January 13, 2009, Melinda Janik, Vice President of Finance notified Paychex,
Inc. of her resignation from the position, effective February 6, 2009. Ms. Janik
has accepted a position as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of
GateHouse Media, Inc., a national publisher of locally based print and online
media headquartered in Fairport, NY.
