(b) On January 13, 2009, Ira Bahr tendered his resignation, effective as of
the close of business on January 30, 2009, as the Chief Operating Officer of New
Frontier Media, Inc. to accept a senior executive position with a Fortune 500
company. Mr. Bahr's employment agreement with the Company will terminate as of
such effective date without payment of any severance or other compensation or
benefits. The Company wishes Mr. Bahr well in his future endeavors.
