(e) On December 31, 2008, World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. (the "Company")
and Michael Sileck, the Company's former Chief Operating Officer, entered into a
Separation Agreement and Release (the "Agreement"). The Agreement reflects the
material terms of the Company's severance arrangements with Mr. Sileck, which
previously were described in the Company's Current Report on Form 8-K, filed on
November 10, 2008, and are incorporated herein by reference.
A copy of the Agreement is attached as Exhibit 10.1 to this Current Report
and is incorporated herein by reference.
