(b) Arthur M. Borden, 89, resigned from the Board of Directors of Supreme Industries, Inc. (the "Company") effective December 29, 2008. The Company does not have any immediate plans to fill the vacancy on the Board of Directors created by Mr. Borden's resignation, but will do so when an appropriate candidate has been identified.
