Credit Agreement Amendment

On December 31, 2008, Bank of America, N.A. and KVH Industries, Inc. (the "Company") amended the maturity date of the Amended and Restated Credit Security Agreement, dated July 17, 2003, providing for a $15,000,000 line of credit (the "Line") to the Company from December 31, 2008 to December 31, 2011.

The foregoing description of the amendment to the Line is qualified in its entirety by reference to Fourth Amendment and Note Modification Agreement filed as Exhibit 10.1 to this Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein.
